Push-fit filler breather TP-TPF(BR)-TPV

Filling cap with vertical ribs for a better grip, it is made of polyamide PA66. Dimensional stability and impact resistance. High mechanical resistance at high and low temperatures. Maximum working temperature +100°C.
Press fit into the hole according to ‘F’ values indicated in the table with a tolerance of ±0.1mm with 1mm/45° chamfer.
Includes two NBR 70 shore O-rings.
The filter included in the corresponding models is made of polyurethane foam. When the vent hole is subject to heavy splashing, especially during start-up when the oil is still thick, it is recommended that the filter be made of sintered bronze (grade 30 microns) which allows proper ventilation but stops fluid overflow.< br>The model with valve is used in applications where it is necessary to maintain a certain pressure inside the tank. The valve opens at a pressure of about 0.30 bar and closes when it drops below that value. This behavior allows ventilation but also prevents the entry of dust particles and other forms of atmospheric pollution.
