Extended level XLV-SL with min level electrical signal

Black polyamide PA 66 end caps, transparent polycarbonate tube; Behind the tube is a graduated contrast screen for a visual check of the liquid level.
Aluminum shield can be rotated 90 degrees when needed for side view.
Zinc plated M12 bolts and nuts (available on request in AISI 303 stainless steel), Buna flat gasket with 70 durometer; Suggested maximum tightening torque = 5 Nm (3.7 lb-ft).
Suggested for applications with mineral oils, hydraulic fluids, diesel and fluids containing glycols. Avoid contact with gasoline, hydrocarbons and solvents (contact our technical office for compatibility with other chemical agents).
Mounting can be done externally by providing 2 M12 threaded holes at center to center distance (tolerance ± 0.5mm) or internally secured via 2 smooth holes Ø 12.5mm (-0.2 ), using the flanged nuts.
Maximum working temperature 80°C / 176°F (with hydraulic fluid), maximum suggested pressure 1 bar / 14.5 PSI (for use on pressure tanks, contact us).
The REED switch sensor is connected to the internal transparent tube, adjustable in height according to the customer’s level requirements; Minimum budget placed about 50 mm from the center of the lower bolt. The sensor is supplied with power cable (length 30 cm / 0.98 ft) and M8 male connector; On request, it is possible to provide a separate connection cable (length cm 250 / 8.2 feet) complete with M8 female connector. Possibility also of applying more level sensors positioned at different heights.
Technopolymer floating element containing a magnetic element that closes the electrical contact when it reaches the REED level switch sensor. -Standard execution: with electrical contact normally open.
Operating characteristics: the XLV-SL vertical level indicator, in addition to allowing a visual inspection, provides an electrical signal when the floating element reaches the minimum preset level, after closing the electrical circuit.
