Filler breathers with valve and dipstick TSV-TSAV

These caps have a cylindrical head with vertical projections that allow easy manual tightening. It is made of black thermoplastic (Polyamide 66) and has a red cap with the hydraulic valve symbol. Supplied with NBR 70 Shore flat gasket.
The maximum working temperature is 100°C.
Available version with blued steel rod and cylindrical section with a standard length of 195mm. For orders of min. 250u can be supplied customized.
They are designed for applications where a certain pressure needs to be maintained inside the tank.
The valve opens at a pressure of approx. 0.25bar / 3.6 PSI and closes at a slightly lower pressure. This valve allows the tank to be vented in overpressure conditions but prevents the entry of dust particles and other forms of contamination from the atmosphere into the tank.
