4-digit numerator block

Materials:
1-2. Numerator case made of glass fiber reinforced orange polyamide RAL 2004. Resistant to oils and greases.
3. Shaft grub screw in C45 black-oxide treated steel or AISI 303 stainless steel.
4. Shaft housing in black-oxide treated steel or AISI 303 stainless steel.
5. Window made of Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA).
6. Black polyamide numbering rings, white printed numbers with a height of approx. of 4 mm.

Gear ratio (GR):
The gear ratio establishes which number must appear on the counter after making a full turn (360°).
For example, by choosing a gear ratio of 15, after one revolution on the window you will see digits 0015.
The position of the decimal point will help reduce the measure, because, choosing one decimal place, the 0015 becomes 001,5.

Rotation direction (x):
x=1: increase of values with clockwise rotation.
x=2: increase of values with counter clockwise rotation.

Mounting and reading position (y):
The numerator block can be applied in four different positions.
P1 y=1: Vertical, with numbers on upper side.
P2 y=2: Vertical, with numbers on vertical side.
P3 y=3: Horizontal, with numbers on inclined side.
P4 y=4: Horizontal, with numbers on vertical side.

Decimal point (z):
In this case, with four digits, the decimal position is available in these formats:
z=0 – no decimal point indicated (0000).
z=1 – one digit after decimal point (000,0).
z=2 – two digits after decimal point (00,00)
z=3 – three digits after decimal point (0,000)
Working temperature between +80°C to 0°C.
Each numerator comes with a base case seal in black polyurethane foam.
It can be supplied with the shaft in stainless steel.

In your orders you must indicate, for a given gear ratio (GR), the rotation direction (x), the type of mounting/reading (y) and the decimal point (z).
Example: For an indicator with a 20 gear ratio, clockwise rotation (x=1), mounting/reading position (y=2) and no decimal point indicated (z=0) the complete code is 47009212005.

For ratios “*/*” the arithmetic values are not displayed.
For example with a GR=17/5=17.5 after three full turns it will show 0052.
