The internal body of the level gauges consists of two transparent parts assembled and then sealed using an ultrasonic welding process, to ensure a leak-free seal around the body. Inside the transparent body there is a graduated white sticker made of "Vinile Cast" to improve the view of the level.
M12 zinc plated bolts and flanged nuts are standard (optional AISI 303 stainless steel bolts and nuts available, Buna 70 durometer flat gasket; maximum recommended tightening torque = 5Nm ( 3.7ft lbs).
Mounting can be done externally by providing 2 M12 threaded holes at 127mm (tolerance ± 0.2mm); alternatively, they can be secured internally through 2 smooth holes Ø 12.5 mm (-0.2) using the flange nuts.
