Vertical level indicators with external aluminium guard; center-to-center distance customizable on customer request, minimum size 76mm.
Plastic end caps made from Polyamide transparent in order to optimize the visibility of the internal fluid.
Transparent central tube made from policarbonate, suitable for application with mineral and synthetic oils, hydrulic fluids, fluids containng glycole (very limited resitance to unleaded fuel and diesel); behind the tube is placed a graduated contrast screen to allow an accurate view of the level.
White zinc plated bolts M10 and nuts: Buna seals (O-ring) NBR 70 Shore durometer.
The mounting of the level gauge can be made externally by providing two threaded holes M10 on the center distance, tolerance ± 0,05 mm. Max tightening torque suggested 5Nm.
On enquiry the transparent tube can be supplied made form Pyrex glass and seals in FKM VITON for those application with aggressive liquids.
Max working temperature 90°C (194°F) polycarbonate model and 120°C (248°F) for Pyrex glass model.
This indicators habe been designed for small dimensions applications where it is necessary to optimize the external spaces of the tank.
